Who we are

SeatVara AI, Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in Temecula, CA, USA. In this notice, “SeatVara,” “we,” and “us” refer to SeatVara AI, Inc. This notice applies to seatvara.ai, the SeatVara application, and related support interactions.

Information we collect

• Account and identity information, including email address, display name, authentication status, and account preferences.
• Company Content you choose to provide, including conversations, company memory, people, Seats, responsibilities, priorities, decisions, approvals, coverage, communications, and tasks.
• Connected-service information only when an authorized user deliberately connects a service, such as Google Calendar.
• Technical and security information, such as device and browser data, IP address, session events, diagnostics, and security logs.
• Messages and files you send to support or otherwise submit to SeatVara.

How we use information

• Provide, personalize, and maintain SeatVara and its company-memory features.
• Authenticate users, preserve authorized access, protect accounts, and investigate misuse.
• Generate responses and organize Company Content at the user’s direction.
• Operate connected features that a user explicitly enables.
• Support users, improve reliability, and comply with applicable law.

AI processing

SeatVara may send the minimum information needed to authorized AI service providers to generate a requested response or organize Company Content. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before consequential decisions. SeatVara does not sell Company Content or use it for targeted advertising.

How information is shared

We share information with service providers that process it for SeatVara, as listed on our Subprocessors page; with connected services at your direction; when required by law; or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and control

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legitimate business and security needs, and satisfy legal obligations. Authorized users may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Some records may remain in protected backups or audit records for a limited period.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal certain decisions. SeatVara does not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. Submit a request to legal@seatvara.ai. We may verify your identity and authority before acting.

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards described on our Security page. No system is completely secure. SeatVara and its providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, using legally required protections where applicable.

Children

SeatVara is a business service and is not directed to children under 18.
